1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all orders placed through the KEKKE Amsterdam webshop. Matters not covered shall be interpreted in the spirit of these Terms.

2. Offers and prices

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding.

Offers are non-binding and may be adjusted or withdrawn.

Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible. Images and specifications are indicative only. Colors may vary depending on screen display.

3. Agreement

An agreement is concluded once your order has been confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock errors or payment issues.

4. Delivery

We aim to ship orders within the stated timeframe. Delivery times are indicative only. Delays do not entitle compensation or cancellation.

We deliver within specific countries of the European Union unless stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the provided address.

5. Right of withdrawal (returns)

You may return your order within 14 days after receipt. To initiate a return, email info@kekkeamsterdam.nl within this period.

Return conditions:

• Item unused and in original condition
• Diminished value due to handling may be deducted
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the return or proof of shipment, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

6. Warranty & liability

We guarantee that products conform to the agreement and reasonable quality expectations. Complaints can be sent to info@kekkeamsterdam.nl.

KEKKE Amsterdam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, printing errors, or color deviations caused by screen displays, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the order.

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

All rights relating to texts, images, designs, logos and other content belong to KEKKE Amsterdam or its licensors. Use without prior written permission is prohibited.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are temporary, non-exchangeable for cash and not combinable unless stated otherwise. Misuse may result in order cancellation.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. However, consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
